The Fallon City Council recently recognized 2023 National Reined Cow Horse Association World’s Greatest Youth Horseman Tylie Norcutt and 2023 Fallon Greenwave Wrestling Nevada State Champion Carson Melendy for their accomplishments.
Mayor Ken Tedford thanked them both for representing the city of Fallon and Churchill County so well.
“I know you will do great things in the future, too,” he said.
