NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS

B & E, Inc. d/b/a SNAP Towing (“B & E”) filed

a Joint Application under Docket 23-04016 for

the sale and transfer of 100% of the stock of B

& E, a carrier authorized to provide consent and

non-consent tow car services granted under

CPCN 7042, Sub 2, to Gofy, LTD. The application

may include tariff modifications.

Persons with a direct and substantial interest

in the filings may file Petitions for Leave to Intervene

at the Authority’s office. Such Petitions

must conform to the Authority’s regulations and

must be filed on or before May 25, 2023.
