Carson City road report for August 7 to 13, 2023

Road report as of Thursday. The following applies to Aug. 7-13:

Road closures are expected at the following locations due to road/utility work:

Saturday street closures are expected in the area of 2nd Street, Division Street, Thompson Street, Minnesota Street and King Street, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., for a special event.

10th Street will be closed between Curry Street and Division Street, Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

8th Street will be closed between Nevada Street and Division Street, Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Nevada Street will be closed between 8th Street and 10th Street, Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Lane restrictions are expected at the following locations due to road/utility work:

Colorado Street between South Carson Street and Saliman Road will have narrowed lanes, Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for roadway reconstruction.

California Street between Colorado Street and Industrial Park Drive will have narrowed lanes, Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for roadway reconstruction.

Silver Oak Drive between Medical Parkway and Carson Street will have narrowed lanes with flaggers, Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for roadway improvements.

Vista Lane between Medical Parkway and Silver Oak Drive will have narrowed lanes with flaggers, Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for roadway improvements.

Medical Parkway between Carson Street and Medical Parkway Loop will have reduced lanes with flaggers, Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for road work.

Presti Lane between Eagle Valley Ranch Road and Medical Parkway Loop will have reduced lanes with flaggers, Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for road work.

Stewart Street between Roop Street and Carson Street will have reduced lanes, Monday-Friday, 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. for road work.

Fairview Drive between Carson Street and Highway 50 will have reduced lanes, Monday-Friday, 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. for road work.

Roop Street between 5th Street and College Parkway will have reduced lanes, Monday-Friday, 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. for road work.

Saliman Road between William Street and Robinson Street will have reduced lanes, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for utility improvements.

Gordonia Drive between Airport Road and Siskiyou Drive will have reduced lanes, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for utility improvements.

Mountain Street between Long Street and Fleischmann Way will have reduced lanes, Monday-Wednesday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for utility improvements.

Russell Way between William Street and Northridge Drive will have reduced lanes, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for utility improvements.

I-580 on and off ramps between North Carson Street and Fairview Drive will have night closures, Monday-Friday, 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. for improvements.
