NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the

undersigned, as Attorney for the Personal

Representative of the Estate of GENE D.

PEREIRA, will sell at private sale in Courtroom

1 on September 12, 2023, at 9:00a.m. to the

highest and best bidder (net to the Estate)

upon the terms and conditions set forth herein,

and subject to confirmation by the aboveentitled

Court, at the Tenth Judicial District

Court, located at 73 N. Maine Street, Fallon,

NV 89406, all right, title, and interest of said

real property held by GENE D. PEREIRA, at

the time of death, an all right, title, and interest

that the Estate has acquired by operation of

law, or otherwise, other than or in addition to

that of Decedent at the time of death, in and

to the following residential property located at

680 Wildes St., Fallon, Nevada 89406, APN

001-632-27, Churchill County, Nevada, and as

further described below:

The East ó of the South ó of Lot 2 in

Block B of the McClane Addition to the

town, now City of Fallon, Nevada, according

to the map thereof, filed in the office of the

Recorder of Churchill County, State of

Nevada, under file no. 6617. Excepting that

portion within the boundary of Wildes Street.

Bids or offers are invited for said property

and must be in writing and will be received at

the office of Origins Legal Group, LLC, 9930

W. Flamingo Rd., Suite 105, Las Vegas, NV

89147; or may be filed with the Clerk of the

District Court, or delivered personally to the

Personal Representative, at any time after

the first publication of this notice and before

making the sale.

The sale will be made on the following terms:

Cash and new loan, as is, or otherwise as

accepted by the Personal Representative and

as approved by order of the above Court.

The Personal Representative of the Estate

reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
