NOTICE OF INVITATION TO BID
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Round Mountain, hereafter “Town”, will receive sealed written bids only, for the ROUND MOUNTAIN SPLASH PAD PWP #NY-2023- 346.
The installation of a 46-foot x 45-foot foundation and colorful rubber pad; recirculating system with housing; seven above ground features (2 water guns, L. bucket dumper, hoops, L. water umbrella, cactus sprayer and fire hydrant) all light commercial grade and 17 deck sprayers with LED lights.
The successful bidder shall furnish all required certificates of insurance, a payment bond and performance bond prior to start of construction.
All bids must be in writing, sealed in an envelope marked “ROUND MOUNTAIN SPLASH PAD BID PWP #NY-2023-346. The sealed bids must be received at the Round Mountain Town Hall, 100 Hadley Circle, PO Box 1369, Hadley Subdivision, Round Mountain, NV 89045 no later than 5:00 p.m. Monday, September 4, 2023 for opening at the Round Mountain Town Board meeting at 5:45 p.m. Tuesday, September 12, 2023, at the Daniel R. Sweeney Public Safety Building, 103 Smoky Valley Blvd, Hadley Subdivision, Round Mountain, Nevada. No verbal, e-mailed or facsimile transmitted proposals will be accepted or considered.
Bid may be awarded at the regular Town Board meeting on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at 5:45 p.m. at the Daniel R. Sweeney Public Safety Building. The Town of Round Mountain expressly reserves the right to waive any informality and reject any and all bids, or any portion thereof.
