OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to the Carson City Charter, Section
2.110, I, William Scott Hoen, Carson City
Clerk, do hereby certify that on this 17th day
of August 2023, the proposed ordinances,
hereafter referred to by number and title, were
filed with the Clerk of Carson City, State of
Nevada, for public distribution. Public notice
is hereby given that copies of the proposed
ordinances are available for inspection at
the Clerk’s Office, 885 East Musser Street,
Suite 1032, Carson City. The public hearing
on the proposed ordinances is scheduled
for Thursday, September 21, 2023 at the
regular meeting of the Carson City Board of
Supervisors, which begins at 8:30 a.m., in
the Community Center, Robert “Bob” Crowell
Board Room, 851 East William Street, Carson
City, Nevada.

An ordinance relating to zoning; establishing
various provisions to change the zoning from
Public Regional (“PR”) to Single Family 6,000
Square Feet (“SF6”) for a parcel located on
Fleischmann Way; APN 001-141-67.
Bill No. 112
An ordinance relating to zoning; establishing
various provisions to change the zoning on a
site within the Lompa Ranch North Specific
Plan Area (“SPA”) from Multifamily Duplex
(“MFD-SPA”) to Public Neighborhood (“PNSPA”)
for a parcel located to the east of the
terminus of East Robinson Street and to the
north of East 5th Street, APN 010-041-44.

An ordinance relating to zoning; establishing
various provisions to change the zoning on a
site within the Lompa Ranch North Specific
Plan Area (“SPA”) from Single Family 6,000
(SF6-SPA”) and Public Regional (“PR”) to
Public Neighborhood (“PN-SPA”) for a parcel
located to the west of the intersection of Airport
Road and Butti Way, APN 010-741-01.
