Really, the Carson City Recreation Department is going to select the artist to design the “artwork” for the south roundabout? Look at what they planted in front of the community center. I find it hard to believe that there is not a wonderful artist from Northern Nevada who could design that centerpiece. Look at the wonderful artwork along the I-580 on/off ramps, the eagle at the south end of town, all done by local artists and all relating to our history.
