The Community Health Clinic at Carson City Health and Human Services (900 E. Long Street) will be undergoing renovations Saturday through Dec. 22. During this renovation there will be limited clinical services available, according to city health officials.
The Community Health Clinic will be closed on Saturday. From Dec. 18 to Dec. 22, clients will be able to pick up prescriptions and be tested for sexually transmitted infections during regular hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. with a lunch closure from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.
Additionally, the walk-in immunization clinic on Dec. 21 is cancelled. CCHHS will also be closed for the Christmas holiday on Dec. 25. The clinic will resume normal operations on Dec. 26 at 8:30 a.m.
“We apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to serving the community in the renovated clinic,” the city said in a press release.
