NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned is the duly appointed and qualified Successor Trustee of the Wachtel Attitude Trust dated November 10, 2016, as amended. Emil Joseph Wachtel, the settlor of said Trust, died on February 17, 2023. A creditor having a claim against the trust estate, or the Settlor must file such claim with the undersigned at the address given below within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this notice.
