NOTICE OF CHANGE IN PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held in the

Churchill County Administration Complex, 155 North Taylor Street,

County Commission Chambers, Fallon, Nevada. A Public hearing will be

held on the following date and time [Note—this is a change from the

previous publication]:

• Board of County Commissioners: Wednesday, January 18, 2023

starting at approximately 1:15 p.m., on the request below.

Old Stone Ranch PUD—Consideration and possible action re: A

planned unit development permit application filed by NevDev, LLC.

The property is located near Casey Road and Birch Lane, Assessor’s

Parcel Numbers 008-792-11, 008-792-95, 008-831-77, 008-831-

85, and 008-831-86, for a total area of 107.239+/- acres in the

R-1/E-1 zoning districts. The properties were previously approved for

urban development, but those approvals have expired. The current

development proposes 619 single-family and multi-family residences.

This number includes a request for bonus density in exchange for

providing community benefit by constructing a county park.

Consideration and possible action re: A planned unit development

tentative subdivision map filed by Nev Dev, LLC. The property is located

near Casey Road and Birch Lane on Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 008-

792-11, 008-792-95, 008-831-77, 008-831-85 and 008-831-86, for a total

area of 107.239+/- acres in the R-1/E-1 zoning districts. The subdivision

will implement the planned unit development.

Multiple meetings have been held for this Planned Unit Development,

and the recommendation of the Planning Commission will be forwarded

to the Board of County Commissioners for a final decision. A copy of the

planned unit development is available for viewing in the Public Works,

Planning and Zoning Department. A digital copy of these applications

was posted with the Planning Commission Agenda on the county web

page at www.churchillcountynv.gov under Agendas & Minutes for the

December 14, 2022 hearing.

If you cannot attend the Board of County Commissioners meeting,

written comments may be submitted to the Clerk/Treasurer’s Office, 155

N Taylor St, Suite 110, Fallon, NV 89406, before 4:00 p.m. on January

17, 2023. The Board of County Commissioners will make the final

decision for these items.
