NOTICE OF CHANGE IN PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public

hearing will be held in the Churchill County

Administration Complex, 155 North Taylor

Street, County Commission Chambers, Fallon,

Nevada. A Public hearing will be held on

the following date and time [Note—this is a

change from the previous publication]:

Wednesday, January 18, 2023

starting at approximately 1:15 p.m.,

on the request below.

Consideration and possible action re: An

appeal of the Planning Commission denial

of a special use permit application for a

multi-family development in conjunction with

a tentative subdivision map filed by Vertex

Fund 3, LLC for property located on Coleman

Road, Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 008-301-

11 and 008-301-12, consisting of 26.24 and

5.20 acres respectively in the R-3 zoning

district. The applicant proposes to construct

apartments in a proposed subdivision.

Consideration and possible action re: An appeal

of the Planning Commission denial of an

application for a variance from the lot density

and all setback requirements filed by Vertex

Fund 3, LLC, for property located on Coleman

Road, Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 008-301-

11 and 008-301-12, consisting of 5.20 and

26.24 acres respectively in the R-3 zoning

district. The applicant proposes to create 19

lots within the large apartment complex property

using a nearly zero-lot-line development

approach.

If you cannot attend the Board of County

Commissioners meeting, written comments

may be submitted to the Clerk/Treasurer’s

Office, 155 N Taylor St, Suite 110, Fallon, NV

89406, before 4:00 PM on January 17, 2023.

The Board of County Commissioners will

make the final decision for these items.
