 SOLICITATION FOR BIDS 

SNOW REMOVAL CONTRACT 

Sealed bids for snow removal on specified Oliver Park General Improvement District 

maintained roads will be received by the Oliver Park General Improvement Board at the office of McVicar & Laden CPA, 276 Kingsbury Grade Rd Suite 211, Zephyr Cove, NV 89448 on August 2, 2023, at 11:00 AM, which time the Bids will be publicly opened and read. 

The work for the Bids consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment required to 

perform snow plowing, snow blowing, snow relocation, and applying de-icing or anti-icing 

materials on Kahle Drive west of Highway 50 to its termination, Laura Drive, Michelle, Irwin, 

Faris Court and Aynes Court. 

Bid documents may be obtained physically at the office of McVicar & Laden CPA or 

electronically from the District’s representative by emailing, oliverparkgid@gmail.com. 

Bidders may direct bid-related questions to OPGID Operations Manager, 

oliverparkgid@gmail.com 

Oliver Park General Improvement District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities in the bids.
