NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned has been appointed and qualified by the Tenth Judicial District Court on the 11th
day of July, 2023, as the Administrator of the
Estate of ILLEYNE CLARA MARDEN, deceased. All creditors having claims against the Estate are required to file the claims with the Clerk of the Court within ninety (90) days after the mailing or the first publication of this Notice. NRS 147.070 requires claims for $250.00 or more to be supported by an Affidavit. A copy of any claim filed is to be mailed to the attorney below for the Estate.
