NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY given that Marjorie
Clausen, Petitioner, by and through her attorneys Guild, Gallagher & Fuller, Ltd., has filed in this Court a Petition to Reopen Estate for General Administration and for Appointment of Administrator with Full Authority Under the Independent Administration of Estates Act for the Estate of ILLEYNE CLARA MARDEN, Deceased, and a hearing has been set for the 11th day of July, 2023, at 9:00 a.m., in Courtroom 1 of the Tenth Judicial District Court, 73 North Main Street, Fallon, NV 89406. The petition requests authority to administer the estate under the Independent Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid the need to obtain court approval for many actions taken in connection with the estate. However, before taking certain actions, the personal representative will be required to give notice to interested persons unless they have waived notice or have consented to the proposed action. Independent administration authority will be granted unless good cause is shown why it should not be.
The matter will be approved without further hearing unless an objection is filed. You do not need to appear unless you wish to object.
