Case No.: 2023-PBT-00024-1B; IN the Matter of the Estate of Sandra Lynn Miller, Deceased; Notice is hereby given that a private sale of real property and the hearing before the Court to confirm the private sale of the Decedent’s property located in Carson City, Nevada will take place on the 17th day of July, 2023 at the hour of 8:30 a.m. at the First Judicial District Court located at 885 East Musser Street, Carson City, Nevada 89701, in Department I. The property is described as 1000 N. Richmond Ave., Carson City, Nevada, Carson City Assessor’s Parcel No.: 001-222-03.
The Personal Representative will sell all rights, title and interest of Sandra Lynn Midler, Deceased, that the estate has acquired by operation of law or otherwise. At the sale the person presenting the highest offer to purchase the property will be selected, and after selection submitted to the Court for confirmation or approval of sale. All purchasers are notified that the Court must confirm the sale after being satisfied that it does not appear that a sum exceeding the bid by at least $5,000.00 may be obtained. The Court will conduct a hearing at or immediately after the sale to confirm the highest bid offered. See NRS 148.220.
