APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE
WATER NO. 92430
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 14th day of February 2023 Jack A. Payne and Rachel L. Payne of Fallon, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to appropriate 0.031 c.f.s., 22.41 a.f.a. (diversion only - no additional duty is being requested) of the public waters of the State of Nevada. Diversion is to be made from an underground source at a point located within the NE1/4 SW1/4 Section 28, T19N, R37E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the S1/4 corner of said Section 28 bears S 4 degrees 49 minutes 00 seconds E, a distance of 1,430.67 feet (approx. 39 miles West of Austin, NV). Water will be used for stock water purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
