NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that RONNIE SUE CORRICK has petitioned the Court for an Order assigning and setting aside the Estate of
DEBBIE BULLARD, Deceased, without administration pursuant to Nevada Revised Statute 146.070, and has set the matter for a hearing on this 13th day of June, 2023, at 8:30 a.m., in Department II of the First Judicial District Court in Carson City, Nevada.
The Petition requests that the Estate be set aside to the Decedent’s children: STEPHANIE RENEE ELLIS and STEVEN BOYD BULLARD JR., in equal shares, outright, except STEPHANIE RENEE ELLIS shall receive $8,500.00 first to compensate for the loan to STEVEN BOYD BULLARD JR., which shall be forgiven.
The matter will be approved without further hearing unless an objection is filed. You do not need to appear unless you wish to object.
The undersigned does hereby affirm that the preceding document does not contain the Social Security Number of any person.
