APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE
WATER NO. 92683
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 10th day of May 2023 Carson City of Carson City, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to appropriate 0.53 c.f.s.(diversion only - no additional duty is being requested) of the public waters of the State of Nevada. Diversion is to be made from an underground source (Well #43) at a point located within the SW1/4 NE1/4 Section 33, T15N, R20E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the E1/16 corner of said Section 33 bears S 83 degrees 02 minutes E, a distance of 857 feet (approx. 1.5 miles East of I-580 & US 395 in Carson City, NV). Water will be used for municipal purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
