Tickets are on sale for the Capital City Brewfest. The annual event, sponsored by the Rotary Club of Carson City, takes place Saturday, June 24 from 3-8 p.m. along Curry Street at McFadden Plaza.
Organizers are expecting a record number of breweries to take part this year. As in the past there will be live music in McFadden Plaza. Along with sampling beer, attendees can also purchase raffle tickets for several prizes including wagons of beer and wine, rounds of golf, and a night out on the town which includes dinner and a concert.
Tickets are $35 in advance and $40 at the door. They can be purchased online at capitalcitybrewfest.com or from any Rotary Club of Carson City member.
All proceeds will benefit local Rotary projects, including youth programs and scholarships as well as community improvement projects.
