NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned represents TERESA MARWIN as the currently acting Trustee of the COX FAMILY TRUST. That KENNETH L. COX, also known as 

KENNETH LEO COX, died on November 7, 2015. That MAVIS E. COX, also known as MAVIS ELAINE COX, died on November 12, 2020. A creditor having a claim against the trust estate on behalf of KENNETH L. COX or MAVIS E. COX must submit his or her claim to the undersigned on behalf of the currently acting Trustee within ninety (90) days after first publication of this Notice.
