NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Petitioner,

CATHERINE SMITH, by and

have filed in this Court a Petition for

Administration of Estate, for Appointment

of Personal Representative, and for Letters

Testamentary, of the Estate of JOHN

THOMAS LEWANDOWSKI, also known as

JOHN T. LEWANDOWSKI, deceased. The

hearing of the same has been fixed by said

Court for the 13th day of November 2023, at

8:30 a.m., at the District Courthouse in Carson

City, Nevada, and all persons interested in

said matter are notified then and there to

appear and show cause, if any they have, why

said Petition should not be granted. For further

particulars, reference is made to said Petition.
