Free movies: Playing Friday and Saturday evening at 6 p.m. is the 1987 sci/fi comedy “Spaceballs.” In a distant galaxy, planet Spaceball has depleted its air supply, leaving its citizens reliant on a product called Perri-Air. In desperation, Spaceball’s leader orders the evil Dark Helmet to kidnap Princess Vespa of oxygen-rich Druidia and hold her hostage in exchange for air. But help arrives for the Princess in the form of renegade space pilot Lone Starr and his half-man, half-dog partner Barf.

Playing Friday evening at 7 p.m. is the 1933 classic adventure film “King Kong.” Actress Ann Darrow and director Carl Denham travel to the Indian Ocean to do location shoots for a new jungle picture. Along the way, the actress meets and falls for rugged First Mate John Driscoll. Upon arriving at a mysterious island, Ann is taken hostage by natives who prepare here as a sacrifice to the enormous ape Kong who rules over their jungle. But when Ann is rescued and Kong is captured, the real trouble begins.

Join us Saturday evening for our annual showing of “The Rocky Horror Picture Show.” Tickets for this show are $5 per person and can be purchased at the theatre concession stand the night of the show.
This musical, horror, comedy film is a cult classic! Sweethearts Brad and Janet, stuck with a flat tire during a storm, discover the eerie mansion of Dr. Frank-N-Furter, a transvestite scientist. As their innocence is lost, Brad and Janet meet a houseful of wild characters including a rocking biker and a creepy butler. Through elaborate dances and rock songs, Frank-N-Further unveils his latest creation: a muscular man named Rocky.
