On May 14, 2024 at 10:00 AM, Nevada Trust Deed Services, as duly appointed or substituted
Trustee under and pursuant to the Deed of Trust (the “Deed of Trust”) recorded as Document
No. 134545, and as modified or amended, if applicable, in the Office of the County Recorder of
STOREY County, Nevada executed by Delta Saloon, Inc, a Nevada corporation as to Parcels
1 through 8 and Virginia City Gaming, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company as to Parcel 9
by reason of now continuing default in the payment or performance of obligations secured by
said Deed of Trust, including the Notice of Breach and Election to Sell Under Deed of Trust
which was recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of STOREY County, Nevada, by the
beneficiary and the undersigned more than three months prior to the date thereof, WILL CAUSE
TO BE SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER FOR CASH (payable at the
time of sale in lawful money of the United States of America) at the front entrance to Storey
County Courthouse, 26 S. B Street, Virginia City, NV 89440, all right, title and interest conveyed
to and now held by it under said Deed of Trust in the property situated in said County and State
described as:
Parcel 1:
A portion of Lot 9, Block 104, Range B, as shown on the official map of VIRGINIA CITY, Nevada,
filed June 6, 1865, in the office of the County Recorder of Storey County, State of Nevada,
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the East side of “B” Street, 98.00 feet Southerly of the Northwest
corner of said Block 104; thence along the East side of “B” Street Southerly 15.0 feet; thence
Easterly along the South line of Lot 9, 35.00 feet; thence Northerly 15.0 feet; thence Westerly
35.0 feet to THE POINT OF BEGINNING, being the Westerly 35 feet of Lot 9, Block 104.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM any portion of the herein described lands lying within the existing
public right-of-way for roads and appurtenances thereto. Document No. 121028 is provided
pursuant to the requirements of Section 6.NRS 111.312.

6, 1865, in the office of the County Recorder of Storey County, State of Nevada.

Lot 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 9, excepting therefrom the West 35 feet of Lot 9, Block 104, Range B, as
shown on the official map of VIRGINIA CITY, Nevada, filed June 6, 1865, in the office of the
County Recorder of Storey County, State of Nevada.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM any portion of the herein described lands lying within the existing
public right-of-way for roads and appurtenances thereto.

Lot 1, Block 104, Range B, (sawdust corner), as shown on the official map of VIRGINIA CITY,
Nevada, filed June 6, 1865, in the office of the County Recorder of Storey County, State of Nevada,
described as follows:

Lot 7 and 8 and the North 1/2 of Lot 9, Block 105, Range C, as shown on the official map of VIRGINIA
CITY, Nevada, filed June 6, 1865, in the office of the County Recorder of Storey County,

BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of said Lot 5; thence Easterly along the Southerly boundary
of Lot 5, 110.00 feet to the Southeast corner; thence Northerly along the West right of way of
“E” Street, 18.64 feet; thence Westerly, 110.00 feet to the East right of way of “D” Street; thence
Southerly 20.30 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 5, to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM any portion of the herein described lands lying within the existing
public right-of-way for roads and appurtenances thereto.

Together with any and all improvements, personal property and fixtures located thereon or otherwise
described in the Deed of Trust and in any other instruments in favor of the Beneficiary, and
all singular tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or appertaining,
rents, issues, and profits thereof.

If a street address or common designation of property is shown, no warranty is given as to its
completeness or correctness.
Said sale will be made, but without covenant or warranty, expressed or implied, regarding title,
possession, or encumbrances, to pay the remaining principal balance of the obligations secured
by said Deed of Trust, to wit: $1,750,000.00 together with interest, fees, premiums and charges
thereon, as provided in said Note Secured By Deed of Trust and related loan documents, advances,
if any, under the terms of said Deed of Trust, fees, charges and expenses of Trustee and
of the Trusts created by said Deed of Trust.
