Violation of Nevada Statutory Law
In re: Units 12, 16, 19, 28, 35, and 44 at STORAWAY, 2151 Lone Mountain Dr., Carson City, NV and each of them occupied by Frank Kennedy.
Nothing in this notice shall be interpreted as a waiver, limitation or exception to any right I have in this matter.
Contracts claimed to be issued by the Borst Family Trust 2000 dba as Storaway in regard to these units are standard consumer form contracts and are in direct violation of Nevada statutory law and as such are illegal null and void ab initio and conclusively unenforceable in the State of Nevada. Said contracts render NRS section 108 pertaining to storage units and the protection therein void as applied to these said units.
Storaway et al. has no legal authority to “sell” or dispose of or remove the assets (contents) of the above said storage units or to facilitate the “sale” of or disposal of or removal of the assets(contents) of the above said storage units. Objection is hereby stated to any such action by Storaway or anybody facilitated by them for that purpose at any time.
Any attempt by Storaway or anybody facilitated by them to deny my access to said storage units by means of unlawful forcible entry or by any other means will result in injunctive relief, statutory triple damages or criminal prosecution or each of those remedies.
Storaway is hereby directed to preserve all evidence of any kind under their care, custody and control in regard to this matter.
If any part of this notice is declared to be without legal standing or otherwise defective the rest shall remain in effect.
