that the undersigned is the appointed and qualified Successor Trustee of the PATRICIA JORDAN TRUST DATED MARCH 1, 2017. PATRICIA L. JORDAN, Settlor of that Trust died on June 24, 2024. Any creditor having a claim against the trust estate must file His or her claim with the undersigned at the address given below within 90 Days after the first publication of this notice.
