NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Notice is hereby given that Kendall Marie Ortega has been duly appointed and qualified as Successor Trustee of the Kenneth Thomas Uber Living Trust dated January 10, 2019, the grantor of that trust died on May 29, 2024. All creditors having claims against the estate are required to file the claim with Steven P. Handelin, Esq., of Handelin Law, LTD, P.O. Box 4568, Carson City, NV 89701, within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this notice.
