NOTICE OF HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Petitioner,

JAMES K. BURAU, nominated as the Personal

Representative of the Estate of BEVERLY

ANN HALL, has filed in this Court a Petition

for Probate and for Issuance of Letters Testamentary,

and has set the matter for hearing on

September 9, 2024, at 8:30 a.m. in the First

Judicial District Court of the State of Nevada,

in and for Carson City, Department I, 885 East

Musser Street, Carson City, Nevada 89701.

The matter will be approved without further

hearing unless an objection is filed. You do

not need to appear unless you wish to object.

The petition requests authority to administer

the estate under the Independent Administration

of Estates Act. This will avoid the need

to obtain court approval for many actions

taken in connection with the estate. However,

before taking certain actions, the personal

representative will be required to give notice

to interested persons unless they have waived

notice or have consented to the proposed

action. Independent administration authority

will be granted unless good cause is shown

why it should not be.
