TO: ANY AND ALL PERSONS holding or claiming a lien or liens, under the provisions of 

NRS 108.221 through 108.246, upon that certain real property commonly known as 3600 Peru Drive situate in the City of McCarran, County of Storey, State of Nevada, bearing Assessor’s Parcel No. 005-071-49, described by the Storey County Assessor as 2024 PARCEL MAP ID: 2014-22 LOT : BLOCK : PT S10&S11, T19n 22# TOWN : INDUSTRIAL GID, and legally known as INDUSTRIAL GID 10 T19N R22E 2014-22 and INDUSTRIAL GID 11 T19N R22E 2014-22 in the Storey County Recorder’s records; and any other interested party. 

YOU, AND EACH OF YOU, ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that, on May 28, 2024, ARVOS GmbH filed a Statement Of Claims And Facts Constituting Liens against Fulcrum Sierra Biofuels, LLC, Fulcrum Sierra Holdings, LLC, And Fulcrum Bioenergy, Inc. to foreclose Notices of Lien recorded by or on behalf of ARVOS GmbH in the official records of the Office of the County Recorder, Washoe County, Nevada on January 26, 2024 (as Document Nos. 138806 and 138807) and as amended on March 26, 2024 (as Document Nos. 139043 and 139044). As set forth in the caption above, this matter is currently pending under Case No. 23 RP 00003 1E before Department No. 1 of the First Judicial District Court of the State of Nevada (in and for the County of Storey) and entitled Colt Services vs. Fulcrum Sierra Biofuels, LLC (the “Proceeding”). 

YOU ARE HEREBY FURTHER NOTIFIED, pursuant NRS 108.239(3), to file in the Proceeding a written statement of the facts constituting your lien, together with the dates and the amounts thereof, within a reasonable time after publication or after receiving this Notice of Foreclosure, and to serve the same on the named plaintiff(s) and on the named defendant(s) concurrent with that filing.
