APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE
WATER NO. 93362
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on
the 11th day of March 2024 Dave Stix of
Fernley, Nevada made application to the
State Engineer of Nevada for permission
to appropriate 0.004 c.f.s. and 2.80 a.f.a. of
the public waters of the State of Nevada.
Diversion is to be made from an underground
source at a point located within the NE1/4
SW1/4 Section 18, T16N, R32E, MDB&M, or
at a point from which the SW corner of said
Section 18 bears S 34 degrees 26 minutes 49
seconds W, a distance of 2,660.6 feet (approx.
7 miles West of US50 & SR836 in Fernley,
NV). Water will be used for stock water
purposes from January 1st to December 31st
of each year.
