Fallon Theatre: August schedule full of films, events

Coming up this weekend, we have a huge Disney favorite showing on the big screen alongside the second installment of Harry Potter’s adventures.

Playing at 6 p.m., on Friday and Saturday, and sponsored by the Central Nevada Health District, we have the 2010 animated romantic adventure, “Tangled,” featuring the voice talent of Mandy Moore.

Bring the littles down to the theatre to enjoy all of Rapunzel’s big adventures. Tangled is rated PG.

Also showing on Friday and Saturday, we have “Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets” at 7 p.m. Join us for the second year of adventures with Harry, Ron and Hermione as they navigate the mysteries of Hogwarts. This film is rated PG.

Looking ahead to the following weekend, we have several fun events planned in celebration of the 10th annual Community Reunion. On Aug. 16 at 7 p.m., we will have River Rogue on stage for a free concert. Then on Aug. 17 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. we will have the theatre wide open for hosted tours followed by community karaoke 2-4 p.m.
