NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Michael Zhu and David Huang filed a Joint application under Docket 24-08007 for sale and transfer of 50% of DM Executive Services, Inc., a carrier authorized to provide charter bus service granted under Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (“CPCN”) 2130. This application includes tariff modifications.
Persons with a direct and substantial interest in the filing may file Petitions for Leave to Intervene at the Authority’s office. Such Petitions must conform to the Authority’s regulations and must be filed on or before September 9, 2024.
