NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that ROBERT

GETTO, Churchill County Public Administrator,

Special Administrator of the estate, will sell at

public sale (net to the estate) upon the terms

and conditions hereinafter mentioned, and subject

to confirmation by the above-entitled Court

on the 10th day of September, 2024, at the hour

of 9:00 a.m., at the Tenth Judicial District Court,

located at 73 N. Main Street, in Fallon, Nevada,

the real property as referenced below:

All that real property situates in the County of

Churchill, State of Nevada, described as follows:

A tract of land situates in Churchill County,

State of Nevada, in the SW ¼ of Section 8,

Township 19 North, Range 29 East, MDB&M,

more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the West quarter corner of

said Section 8, thence S 00°29’ E a distance

of 1,321.0 feet; thence N 88°50’16” E a

distance of 497.35 feet; thence N 07°01’35”

W a distance of 341.33 feet to the true point

of beginning; thence around the parcel as

follows: N 07°01’35” W a distance of 100.80

feet; thence N 84°56’ E for a distance of

51.62 feet to a curve to the right with a radius

of 550.42 feet, an angle of 36°26 and an arc

length of 350.0 feet; thence N 48°30’ E a

distance of 697.49 feet; thence S 00°26’05” E

for a distance of 684.80 feet; thence S

88°50’16” W for a distance of 882.98 feet to

the point of beginning.
