NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that KAREN

PARK HERON having filed in this Court a Petition

for Summary Administration of Estate, for

Appointment of Personal Representative, and

for Letters of Administration, the hearing of the

same has been fixed by said Court for Monday,

the 9th day of September, 2024, at 11:00 a.m.

at the Courthouse in Yerington, Nevada, and

all persons interested in said estate are notified

then and there to appear and show cause, if

any they have, why said petition should not be

granted. For further particulars, reference is

made to said Petition.
