NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that SCOTT

LAURSEN was appointed and qualified by

the First Judicial District Court of the State of

Nevada in and for Carson City on the 20th

day of August, 2024, as Trustee of The Glen

Laursen 2006 Family Trust u.d.t. 2/9/2006 and

that GLENN LAURSEN, the Settlor of that trust

died on June 10, 2024.

All creditors having claims against the Settlor

and against the trust estate are required to file

a claim with the undersigned at the address

above with the Clerk of the Court within 90

days after the first publication of this Notice.

Pursuant to NRS 147.070 claims for $250 or

more must be supported by affidavit.
