City County Recorder’s Office at Instrument
No. 546178 and have not satisfied said lien
within ninety (90) days of recording the Notice
of Default and Election to Sell with the Carson
City County Recorder’s Office at Instrument
No. 547485.
NOW THEREFORE pursuant to Chapter
116 of the Nevada Revised Statutes and that
certain Declaration of Covenants, Conditions
and Restrictions, recorded with the Amended
and Restated Declaration of Covenants,
Conditions and Restrictions recorded at
Instrument No. 399673 in the office of the
Carson City County Recorder, Jackson Village
Homeowners Association (“Association”)
ELECTS TO SELL THE LOT owned by Ryan
Schatz with common address 3802 Bonnie
Place, Carson City, Nevada 89701 (“Property”)
and with legal description:
Lot 1 as shown on the Official Plat Map of
JACKSON VILLAGE SUBDIVISION, a
Planned Unit Development, according to the
map thereof, filed in the office of the County
Recorder of Carson City, State of Nevada,
on April 23, 2019, in Book 11, Page 2963,
as File No. 493943, Official Records.

The total amount of the unpaid balance
of the obligation secured by the Unit to
be sold and reasonable estimated costs,
expenses and advances at the time of the
initial publication of the Notice of Sale
is $4,933.89. Payment must be in cash,
a cashier’s check drawn on a state or
national bank, a check drawn by a state
bank or federal credit union, or a check
drawn by a state or federal savings and
loan association, or savings bank specified
in section 5102 of the Financial Code and
authorized to do business in this state.
