Rabbi Levi Sputz of Chabad of Carson City is inviting the community to a public menorah lighting 4:30 p.m. Dec. 26 in the Bob McFadden Plaza in downtown Carson.
“This Chanukah celebration is a special opportunity for the community to come together and celebrate the holiday's significance and universal message of spreading light, goodness and kindness,” Sputz said.
There will be holiday treats and music. The event is free. According to Chabad of Carson City, “everyone is welcome.”
