As we wrap 2024, we are busy counting our blessings, finding a way to “put a bow on” this wild, wonderful year. Despite each of us having more than our share of heart-wrenching challenges and loss, there are SO MANY moments of community connection, joy and artistic magic that carry us through.
We are so grateful here at Nashville Social Club for each of you who have shown your support in so many ways. Thanks to you, we have been able to offer world-class entertainment, bringing such amazing talent as Dave Mason, Booker T., Pablo Cruise and many others to The Swan Music Hall for legendary music in an intimate setting.
Thanks to you, Nashville Social received nine Best of Carson City awards. Thanks to you, we're already planning a stellar line-up for 2025, teasing what’s ahead with our year-end, night-to-remember show with Tommy Castro on Saturday, which, again, thanks to you, is already sold out.
Y’all have graced us with bringing our dream to fruition, and each of us who are part of the “Warm Vibe Tribe” team at Nashville strive to consistently deliver the outstanding experiences you deserve!
And what could be a more perfect way to say, “sayonara 2024”, than by donning your disco glam attire (not mandatory, but definitely encouraged!) and joining us for the “Last Dance Party” on New Year's Eve?
Inspired by Donna Summer’s legendary song, this night is all about delectable food, soul-stirring dance music, and unforgettable vibes, featuring live music by Margret's Funk Band. Added bonus: we ring in 2025 at midnight East Coast time — which is 9 p.m. our time and includes a champagne toast. Dancing will continue long past that “cheers.”
You can pick your perfect night by choosing dinner and a show, which includes a three-course dinner prepared by our talented chef Matt Farag, or just come for the show.
Either option includes celebratory live dance music, party favors and a dessert bar following the party. Space is limited and selling fast. For information and tickets, visit www.thenashvilleclub.com.
We have all earned the chance to collectively exhale a sigh of relief. We made it folks! Soon 2024 will be in our rear-view mirror.
To commemorate this rite of passage, we’ve created our Pink Platinum Champagne Cocktail, guaranteed to elevate your view of how life is unfolding.
While we would love to have you join us so we could celebrate together, we offer this recipe as our thank you for your continued love and support. We look forward to spending New Year's Eve with you in person or in spirit and continuing to be your go-to place for fabulous food and entertainment throughout the coming year. “Cheers” to all you lovely folks! Happy New Year.
Pink Platinum Cocktail
Ingredients
2 ounces cranberry simple syrup (see recipe below)
1 1/2 ounces lemon juice
2 ounces vodka
2 ounces cranberry or pomegranate juice
Top with champagne or sparkling wine
Splash of orange juice, optional
Cranberry simple syrup
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup cranberries
Directions
Combine the water and sugar in a small pan. Cook until the sugar has dissolved and then add the cranberries, cook on medium-low heat until some of the cranberry skins just start to pop and water starts to barely turn pink, 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove from heat. Drain cranberries in a colander over a bowl and reserve the syrup. Remove half of the cranberries to use for cocktails.
Creating the cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lightly cooked berries with the simple syrup and lemon juice. Add the vodka and a splash of orange juice; top with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into festive glassware. Garnish with cranberries on a cocktail skewer.
