PETITION TO CONFIRM SALE OF
REAL PROPERTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that VERIFIED PETITION TO CONFIRM SALE OF
REAL PROPERTY (“Petition”) has been filed in this Court. The Petition prays for an Order
authorizing the following:
1. Authorization to sell all of the interest of the Decedent in that certain parcel of real property, situated in the County of Lyon, State of Nevada, located at 589 Saddlehorn Way, Fernley, Nevada 89408, APN 020-973-05, more particularly described as follows:
Lot 61, as shown on the Plat of Sage Valley
Estates Subdivision, Unit No. 4 recorded in
the Official Records of Lyon County, Nevada
on October 12, 2004 as Document
No. 333103.
2. Confirmation of sale of the foregoing described real property to Denise A. Wagner and Harold M. Wood, as purchasers, for a total price of $650,000.00 at close of escrow and on the further terms and conditions more particularly described in the Petition To Confirm
Sale of Real Property of the Personal Representative on file herein.
A hearing on the foregoing Petition has been fixed by the Court for Monday January 27,
2025, at 9:00 o’clock a.m. in the Lyon County Courthouse, Yerington, Nevada. The matter will be approved without further hearing unless an objection is filed. You do not need to appear unless you object. Further details concerning these matters can be obtained by reviewing the court file at the office of Lyon County Court Clerk, or by contacting the Personal Representative, or the attorney for the Personal Representative, whose name, address and telephone number are listed above.
Any person desiring to bid on the fee interest of the Decedent in the property is notified
to appear at the above time and place and bid an amount of $5,000 or more in excess of the
stated purchase price of $650,000.00 for the Decedent’s interest.
