The Nevada Interscholastic Activities Association has announced 14 Northern Nevada high school sports figures will be inducted into its Hall of Fame this summer, including two former Carson standouts.
Both Matt Williams (CHS Class of 1983) and Timi Lynnae Brown (Class of 1986) will join the NIAA’s Hall this summer.
They will be part of the 30th class inducted.

Brown was a volleyball, basketball and softball player for the Senators. Carson won three straight 3A state championships in girls basketball during Brown’s time on campus, along with a 3A state title in softball in 1985. She went on to play basketball for four seasons at Arizona.
