Nevada was forced to play catch-up for most of the game, last leading at 25-22 with 2:38 left in the first half. That was followed by an 8-2 run by the Broncos that sent the teams into halftime with a 30-27 score.

Boise State went on to lead by as much as 10 in the second half.
