Notice is hereby given that the Carson City
Public Guardian will sell to the highest and
best bidder upon the terms and conditions
mentioned hereinafter, and subject to confirmation
by the above-entitled Court, all right,
title, interest and estate of Kenneth McClure,
Protected Person, in and to the real property
located at 2620 Concord Drive, Lot 6, Sunrise
Subdivision, Carson City, Nevada 89701,
APN: 008-661-04, and more particularly
described as:
Lot 6, as shown on the map of Sunrise
Subdivision, filed in the office of the recorder
of Carson City, State of Nevada, on April 17,
1974, in Book 2 of Maps, Page 418, as File
No. 34572.
Written offers for this property may be delivered
to Lacy Perry Properties, Realtor for the
estate, at 4555 Fifth Street, Carson City, Nevada,
on or before 5:00 p.m. on February 12, 2024.
Sale will made on February 13, 2024, at
8:30 a.m., to the person making the highest
and best offer for the property.
The terms and conditions of sale are as is
without warranty or guaranty, in lawful money
of the United States of America, with ten percent
(10%) of the amount offered in the form
