NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that GLEN ELZIE DEL GIST has petitioned the Court for an Order assigning and setting aside the Estate of SANDRA ANN GIST, Deceased, without administration pursuant to Nevada Revised Statute 146.070, and has set the matter for a hearing on this 29th day of July, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., in Department I of the Third Judicial District Court in Yerington, Nevada.
The Petition requests assigning and setting aside the Decedent’s real property located at 2580 Tonopah Street, Silver Springs, NV 89429 to GLEN ELZIE DEL GIST, outright, and assigning and setting aside the entire remaining estate of SANDRA ANN GIST, including any after-discovered assets, to the Decedent’s children: GLEN ELZIE DEL GIST and LORI ELAINE NEWSOME, outright.
The matter will be approved without further hearing unless an objection is filed. You do not need to appear unless you wish to object.
The undersigned does hereby affirm that the preceding document does not contain the Social Security Number of any person.
