the currently acting Trustee of THE DWYER LIVING TRUST. That WAYNE D. DWYER was 

the Grantor and original Trustee of said trust. That WAYNE D. DWYER, also known as WAYNE DOUGLAS DWYER, died on May 14, 2024. A creditor having a claim against the trust estate or on behalf of WAYNE D. DWYER must submit his or her claim to the undersigned on behalf of the currently acting Trustee within ninety (90) days after first publication of this Notice.
