Stephen Shytle, the suspect in a June 26 double shooting in Silver Springs, was taken into custody Monday at 2 p.m., according to a Lyon County Sheriff’s Office news release.
Acting on a tip, LCSO located Shytle in a remote area of Silver Springs.
Shytle was booked into the Lyon County jail on two counts of attempted murder and one count of battery with a deadly weapon causing substantial bodily harm. Shytle's bail is set at $310,000.
