APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE
WATER NO. 93583
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 17th day of June 2024 Churchill County, a political subdivision of the State of Nevada of Fallon, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to appropriate 1.0 c.f.s. (diversion only - no additional duty is being requested) of the public waters of the State of Nevada. Diversion is to be made from an underground source at a point located within the NW1/4 NE1/4 Section 26, T19N, R28E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SW corner of said Section 26 bears S 35 degrees 27 minutes 37 seconds W, a distance of 4,936 feet (approx. 2 miles NW of the city of Fallon, NV). Water will be used for municipal purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
