NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sean M.
Tanko, Esq., Attorney for the Estate of Steve
Adrian Turner, will set a private sale to the
highest and best bidder (net to the Estate)
upon terms and conditions as hereinafter state
and subject to confirmation of the aboveentitled
Court, within one year, hereafter, all
of the right title, interest and estate that the
said Estate owns and which the Estate has
acquired by operation of law or otherwise,
other than or in addition to that which the
Estate of Steve Adrian Turner now owns in
and to real property located at 94 N. Bybee
Lane, Yerington, NV 89447, APN 014-351-33,
the legal description of which is as follows:

. OF SECTION 26, T 14 N, R 26 E,
M.D.B.&M, LYON COUNTY, NEVADA,
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
PARCEL A, AS SHOWN ON THE PARCEL
MAP FOR JOHN M. & MARGARET H.
WIANT, RECORDED IN THE OFFICIAL
RECORDS OF LYON COUNTY, NEVADA
ON MARCH 18, 1997, AS DOCUMENT

Yerington, NV 89447

All bids must be in writing and may be
mailed or delivered to Sean M. Tanko, Ltd.
located at 8530 Del Webb Boulevard, Las
Vegas, Nevada 89134, between the hours
of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at any time after
the first publication and before the date of the
Court Hearing for the Auction of the property
