NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that ROBERT GETTO, the Churchill County Public Administrator, by and through counsel, CHRISTIAN A. MARSH, ESQ., of MARSH LAW PLLC, has filed with this Court on the 24 day of July, 2024, his PETITION FOR GENERAL ADMINISTRATION AND ISSUANCE OF LETTERS TESTAMENTARY, that the aforesaid Petition for General Administration and Issuance of Letters Testamentary, will be brought before the above-entitled Court for hearing on the 20 day of August, 2024, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. of said day, or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard, at the courtroom of the above-entitled Court in the City of Fallon, County of Churchill, State of Nevada, at which time and place all persons interested may appear and show cause, if any they have, why the Petition should not be confirmed.
