Three people have been arrested in a months-long investigation into a burglary of a planned retirement home, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.

Richard Adams, Crystal Jackson and Travis Paulos-Ivanich have been booked into Lyon County jail on charges related to the stealing or destruction of more than $100,000 in property from a Yerington residence.

On April 15, LCSO responded to a report of a major residential burglary in Yerington. The victim, who had plans of retiring to the residence was, over the course of several months, unknowingly victimized of nearly all of their personal belongings that the family had been storing on their property prior to their planned move to the area, the release said.

After the investigation in April and May, three search warrants were executed, resulting in more than $45,000 in stolen property recovered.

Adams was booked into Lyon County Jail on May 1 on charges of grand larceny, possession of stolen property, residential burglary, destruction of property and house breaking. Bail was set at $87,620.

Jackson was booked May 24 with drug possession charges from the Yerington Police Department and was additionally booked on charges of destruction of property, residential burglary and house breaking. Bail was set at $37,670.

Travis Paulos-Ivanich was booked May 31 on charges of possession of stolen property and grand larceny. Bail is $35,000.

The release said, “there is still an abundance of stolen property missing in this case.” People with information can contact Deputy M. Holland at 775-463-6620. The case number is 24LY01485.
