NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Pursuant to NRS 164.025, notice is hereby
given that AUSTIN FRANK SANNEBECK is
the duly appointed and qualified Successor
Trustee of the Dennis M. Sannebeck Trust,
dated June 13, 2017, and any amendments
thereto. Settlor DENNIS M. SANNEBECK died
on March 13, 2024.
A creditor having a claim against the Settlor
or Trust Estate must file a claim with the
undersigned at the address below within
ninety (90) days of date of the first publication
of this Notice.
