AMENDED NOTICE TO CREDITORS 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Cyndee McGee and Tawnya Lively have been duly 

appointed and qualified by the above Court as 

Co-Administrators of the Estate of Gregory James Galway, deceased. The Co- Administrators have requested the Estate be converted from a summary administration to a general administration. As such, all creditors having claims against the Estate have an additional thirty (30) days to file the same with the Clerk of the Court. Accordingly, all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the Court within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice, with a copy being mailed to the attorney for Administrator at the address above.
